Vietnam - On June 7th, students of British University Vietnam (BUV) were honored to attend the Queen's Diamond Jubilee in June (HRH Queen Elizabeth II's 60 years as our reigning Monarch) which hosted by British Business Group Vietnam and British Embassy. This anniversary was formally celebrated with the participation of British Business Group Vietnam, British Embassy, British Council, Department for International Development and more than representatives of 150 British Enterprises of British business community in Vietnam.
This is one of many events of Industrial Experience Program (IEP) that BUV has offered for students. Duong Quoc Trung, BUV first-year student of International Business Management, awarded by Staffordshire University, said: "Thank to BUV, I have an opportunity to meet many British enterprises and I really appreciate that. I am proud and happy to attend such a politically and socially important event like this.”
The cocktail party to celebrate the Queen's Diamond Jubilee at the Ambassador's Residence with meaningful dialogues between British politicians, businessmen was an impressive experience for Trung and other students of BUV.
