It was only just a little more than 1 year ago that HRH the Duke of York launched here in Hanoi this wonderful scholarship scheme at the time of the commemoration of 1000 year birthday of this beautiful city. Many congratulations to them. Hanoi is now 1001 years old, I'm delighted to confirm that this scholarship scheme will continue with four more HRH the Prince Andrew scholarships for this coming academic year. I'm sure you will all agree that this is a very special opportunity for the best students to compete for and gain these awards become global students and become ambassadors; better ambassadors than I think I can be for the Britain and Vietnam relationship. So please do encourage the best students to apply for these scholarships this time round and I'm confident that one year from now we'll have four excellent new students standing on this stage so that we can congratulate another four HRH the Duke of York scholars.
